02Capability
One team for site to sheet.
Everything from the first site attendance to the issued drawing set. Take the whole chain or drop us in at the point where your own capacity runs out.
03Method
How we sit inside your practice.
We are built to be invisible. Work is issued in your formats, under your title block, and we are happy to remain unnamed in front of your client.
Brief & fee proposal
Send the address, the floors involved and what you need out the other end. We come back with a fixed fee and a date for site.
Site attendance
We attend, measure and photograph. Access, keys and occupier liaison can be handled by us or left with you — whichever is less friction.
Drafting & checking
Survey data is drawn up in CAD and checked against the site record before anything leaves the studio.
Issue & revisions
Drawings issued in your formats with a clean revision trail. Queries answered directly by the person who drew them.
